In 2021, Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG*) received more than 100 responses to online surveys for both the wheelchair service and community equipment service as we wanted to hear from more people who use these services across Kent and Medway.
We asked people if they, or someone they know, use a wheelchair, support equipment or technology-enabled care at home? We also asked if they or someone they know use a wheelchair or have equipment to help live independently at home (such as beds, mattresses, commodes, walking aids).
There is always room for improvement, and we would like to thank those who took part in the surveys, of which the reports can be found on this page under 'What you told us'.
Note: NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) ceased to exist as a statutory organisation in July 2022. The CCG’s responsibilities now sit with NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB).
