The NHS in Kent and Medway want to support our residents to find out about health and care services and to get involved in making these services as good as they can be.
We are developing a new website to make it easier for you to find the right NHS services for you and your family. The website will also provide a space to give us your views and to get involved in improving health and care services.
The national NHS website is available to check symptoms if you have concerns about your immediate health, however we want to find out your experience of looking for information about local health and care services.
We would like to understand your thoughts about what makes a reliable and trustworthy website. Please complete our survey to share your opinions.
The survey will close Friday, 25 July 2025.
