Designing booklets and leaflets for adults with memory loss and their families - tell us your thoughts
* * * NOW CLOSED * * *
Thank you for all of your contributions. We will review the survey responses and work on designing leaflets for adults with memory loss, as well as work with our specialist groups who are providing their valuable input.

In April 2021 we launched a new Mental Wellbeing Information Hub, which was developed to help residents of Kent and Medway to find and access mental health support. The launch of the hub was supported by the distribution of a booklet called How are you feeling? for adults.
With this, we are in the early stages of designing and developing a printed guide for adults with memory loss and their families, which will feature a list of mental health and wellbeing services.
To make sure this guide includes appropriate support and information, we asked for your help by telling us your thoughts on the design of the printed How are you feeling? booklet and the "student z card". Pictures of these can be found on the right-hand menu.
