NHS 111 is a free phone and online service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s there to help when you need medical advice or support but it's not a life-threatening emergency.

We want to make sure NHS 111 works well for everyone. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working, what could be improved, and how we can make the service better for you and your community.
